Our signature equityXdesign capacity-building offering is a year-long, highly-facilitated learning-and-doing experience. In five "design cycles," folks work on redesigning their organization's ways of working and products to be more equitable, all while building their capacity to apply an equityXdesign lens to their work moving forward – as an organization, as teams, and as individuals.
These design cycles are the most comprehensive and hands-on way we work with folks and are deeply grounded in the day-to-day work of our clients' organizations. This offering calls for a meaningful time-and-energy commitment from our clients, and in turn drives the most foundational changes to their organization's systems, processes, relationships, and communication patterns in order to increasingly center (and propagate) equity, justice, belonging, and liberation.
💎OPTION 1: ORG-WIDE EQUITY DESIGN CAPACITY-BUILDING💎
This option enables you to send increments of 24 people from your org to build their equityXdesign capacity.

It's the same DC5 offering that we've been facilitating for whole organizations, but enables you to send a smaller number of folks at a single-team price.
